  • How to make your value visible

  • How to translate your impact

  • The four Recognition-to-Reward pillars

  • How to increase influence without becoming performative

YOU’RE DOING THE WORK. IS THE RECOGNITION FOLLOWING?

You deliver strong results. You solve difficult problems. You take on greater responsibility.

You know the value you bring.

Yet your pay, title, influence or access to new opportunities may not reflect it.

This is the Recognition Gap.

Performance creates evidence of your value. Advancement depends on whether the right people recognize that value, understand it and act on it.

Picture walking into your next pay or promotion conversation knowing who decides, what they need to see and exactly what to ask for.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

In 45 minutes, you learn three things that change how decision-makers see your work:

  1. Make your impact visible. Why great work does not speak for itself, and how to translate your results into the terms decision-makers use. You write your own impact line live, in a five-minute exercise.

  2. Be seen as a leader without sounding like someone else. How to communicate your value without becoming a different person to be taken seriously.

  3. Understand how advancement decisions happen. How to identify the people who decide or influence your next opportunity, what they need to see and what to ask them for.
You also meet the Recognition-to-Reward System, built on four pillars: Identity, Impact, Future and Integrity Anchors.

LEAVE WITH SOMETHING YOU CAN USE

Everyone who registers receives the Recognition Brief, a one-page worksheet with three parts. You use the first part live during the session.

Your impact line. Turn your results into one sentence that says what changed because of your work.

Your decision-maker map. Identify who signs off on your next opportunity, who influences the decision and what each person needs to see.
Your ask. Write five sentences that open a promotion or pay conversation.

WHO THIS IS FOR

  • Your ideas gain recognition only after someone else repeats them.

  • Your responsibilities have grown, but your title or pay has not.

  • You deliver significant results, but senior decision-makers do not consistently see them.

  • You are preparing for a promotion, a bigger role, or a pay or scope conversation.

  • You want more influence without changing who you are.

You do not need to work harder to prove you are capable. You need to understand what happens between delivering value and having it recognized

WHAT THIS IS

Decision-makers promote what they understand. This session shows you how advancement decisions get made and how to state your value clearly, in your own voice. It does not teach office politics, personal branding or taking credit for other people’s work.

The 45 minutes are teaching. Afterward, I stay for an optional 15 minutes for your questions and a short look at how to work with me.
